SALE METHOD
1- For investor: in a
hotel, a bungalow resort or restaurants, please contact us for planning and
offer.
2- For villa’s and
time share house investors/owner:
1- A plot and complete villa
2- A plot with a house frame
3- A plot and design a villa yourself. However, you will be
limited by a few rules and our quality control.
HOW DO I DO IT?
1- Choose
a plot
2- Choose
a house model (if you wish to buy both a plot and a house)
3- Send a
reservation by e-mail or fax. You will receive a confirmation and a price tag.
4- Visit
the plot or one of our offices in Tuy
Hoa or Ho Chi Minh City.
We will refund you for one roundtrip domestic ticket if you invest/buy
a house (not a plot alone).
PAYMENT
The long term payment: 1- 2 years (long schedule)
1. Sign the contract 10% (and pay 40% of the sum within 30 days.
2. After 6 months pay another 20%
3. After 6 months pay another 20%
4. When the house has been finished: pay the remaining 10%
The short term payment: 8 – 12 months (short schedule) will be pay with other term
SCHEDULE
1- Short schedule: 8-12 months (you need a house at once)
1. Basic frame, running water and power supply: 2-6 months
2. A one store house: 6 months; 2 store house: 8 months
2- Long schedule: over 1 years (if you want to device your payment in 1-2 years)
